Retail Orders RETURNS/EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on KULCBD.com, you may return your product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

  • Call 1-888-458-5223 to arrange your free return. Our Customer Service will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price
  • We will provide you with a free return label via email once you contact us. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package. Follow the shipping instructions provided in the email containing the prepaid label to send your return package.
  • Any items marked sale, final sale, special orders, gifts, gift certificates or giveaways are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (shipping costs will not be refunded) within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Wholesale Orders:

Any wholesale orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange.

Once your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if any item is defective or any damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, we will replace your product. Please contact us immediately at 1-888-458-5223

 

Damaged Items:

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
